Rajnish Kumar
Co-founder & MD

Rajnish focuses on strengthening Centum’s already strong relationships with industries and driving strategic initiatives in India. He is responsible for shaping Centum’s corporate strategy in order to maintain our track record of rapidly growing market. Specifically, Rajnish is responsible for ensuring that people functions, internal systems and other core infrastructure are solid, secure and scalable.  He also drives the strengthening of our broad business relationships and leads our team to achieve greater level of client intimacy to help key clients in their transformation journey.

Rajnish is a man behind Centum having more than 16 years of experience in people management and consultancy services. Centum has broadened the firm’s services to include all aspects of HR process to accommodate our clients’ growing needs. He is expertise in manpower planning, recruitment and building a harmonious workplace culture.

He holds a management degree in human resource from the Symbiosis Institute of Management, Pune.

Kamal Kant Kaushal
 Co-founder & CEO

As a master of execution behind Centum’s vision, Kamal provides strategic leadership for developing the blueprint to strengthen and scale Centum’s delivery backbone to meet the future demands of the business. He is responsible for market facing activities across the country as well as delivery across consulting and outsourcing business.

He leads industry vertical, geographic market and delivery operations to ensure that Centum delivers industry – leading growth and maintains delivery excellence through process and quality initiatives. He focuses on enabling Centum to deliver on our promise of helping clients build stronger business and maintaining long – standing culture of deep customer centricity. He has held many leadership positions, anchoring and cartelizing Centum’s forays into newer growth segments, building new offerings and working closely with clients to help them realize the benefits of business sourcing.

Kamal has over decades of experience in various corporate houses with sharp acumen in business strategy. He is a management graduate in marketing from the JIEI, Greater Noida and an entrepreneurship from the Entrepreneurship Development Institute of India, Ahmedabad.
